Accendo’s High Performance Team Building program is comprised of three primary phases over a six-month to year-long period.
Phase One: Defining Success Through Trust and Team Commitment Workshop
- Explore attributes of high performing teams and five dysfunctions of teams
- Identify numeric measures for current state and performance goals of team
- Self and team discovery through DISC assessment
- Understand relationship trust and 13 Common Behaviors of High Trust Leaders
- Identify team leadership behavior improvement areas
- Develop team working agreement
- Individual peer-to-peer feedback process
- Identify individual leadership behavior improvement areas
- Begin development of individual Action Plans
Phase Two: Action Planning and Implementation
- Review and finalize Actions Plans
- Monthly team and individual feedback loop
- Modify Action Plans as needed
- Measure results through Mini-Survey process
Phase Three: Sustaining Measurable Success and Transition Planning
- Create After Action Team and Individual Assessment, and Transition Plan
- Final report out team session
