Accendo’s LEADForward Roundtables offer an accelerated leadership development opportunity for women leaders who are at a similar stage of professional growth. Roundtables of up to 15 participants tackle leadership themes specific to women, leverage the power of peer support, and supplement personal goals through one-on-one executive coaching. Groups meet in person for one year to learn, share and challenge each other.

The Accendo LEADForward Corporate Roundtables offer an accelerated leadership development opportunity for high potential women within the same company. Led by Accendo Partners, these peer network groups explore leadership themes specific to women, leverage the power of peer support and augment personal goals through one-on-one executive coaching. Groups typically meet over an eight-month period to learn, share and challenge each other.
Executive Coaching
Accendo partners use the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching method, which is behavioral based, time efficient, measurable, has a proven ROI and involves stakeholders for sustainable results. Executive Coaching is typically a six-month to year-long process.
